A Return is Requested... .You'll see why.

This is another heart touching story I received via an email. pls read it and understand how impotent our thoughts are.

Breakfast at McDonald's

This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through until the end! (After the story, there are some very interesting facts!):

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college  degree.

The last  class I had to take was Sociology.

The teacher  was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human  being had been graced with.
Her last  project of the term was called, 'Smile.'

The class was  asked to go out and smile at three people and document their  reactions.

I am a very  friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I  thought this would be a piece of cake,

literally.

Soon after we  were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to  McDonald's one crisp March morning.

It was just  our way of sharing special playtime with our son.

We were  standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone  around us began to back away, and then

  even my  husband did.

I did not  move an inch... an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me  as I turned to see why they had moved.

As I turned  around I smelled a horrible 'dirty body' smell, and there standing  behind me were two poor homeless men.
As I looked  down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was  'smiling'
His beautiful  sky blue eyes were full of God's Light as he searched for  acceptance.

He said,  'Good day' as he counted the few coins he had been  clutching.
The second  man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the  second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his  salvation.

I held my tears as I stood there  with them.

The young lady at the counter  asked him what they wanted.

He said, 'Coffee is all Miss'  because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the  restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He just wanted to be  warm).

Then I really felt it - the  compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man  with the blue eyes.

That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action.

I smiled and asked the young lady  behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate  tray.

I then walked around the corner to  the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on  the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold  hand.

He looked up at me, with tears in  his eyes, and said, 'Thank you.'

I leaned over, began to pat his  hand and said, 'I did not do this for you. God is here working through  me to give you hope.'

I started to cry as I walked away  to join my husband and son. When I sat down my husband smiled at me and  said, 'That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me  hope..'

We held hands for a moment and at  that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given  were we able to give.

We are not church goers, but we  are believers.

That day showed me the pure Light  of God's sweet love.

I returned to college, on the last  evening of class, with this story in hand.

I turned in 'my project' and the  instructor read it.

Then she looked up at me and said,  'Can I share this?'

I slowly nodded as she got the  attention of the class.

She began to read and that is when  I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to  heal people and to be healed.

In my own way I had touched the  people at McDonald's, my son,the instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a  college student.

I graduated with one of the  biggest lessons I would ever learn:

UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to

LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS -

NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.

There is an Angel sent to watch over you.

In order for her to work, you must pass this on to the people you want watched over.

An Angel wrote:

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart

To handle yourself, use your head..

To handle others, use your heart..

God Gives every bird it's food, but He does not throw it into its nest.

The Veil - Dawud Wharnsby Ali

They say, "Oh, poor girl, you're so beautiful you know
It's a shame that you cover up your beauty so."
She just smiles and graciously responds reassuringly,
"This beauty that I have is just one simple part of me.
This body that I have, no stranger has the right to see.
These long clothes, this shawl I wear, ensure my modesty.
Faith is more essential than fashion, wouldn't you agree?

This hijab,
This mark of piety,
Is an act of faith, a symbol,
For all the world to see.
A simple cloth, to protect her dignity.
So lift the veil from your heart to see the heart of purity.

They tell her, "Girl, don't you know this is the West and you are free?
You don't need to be opressed, ashamed of your femininity."
She just shakes her head and she speaks so assuredly,

"See the bill-boards and the magazines that line the check-out isles, with their phony painted faces and their air-brushed smiles?
Well their sheer clothes and low cut gowns are really not for me.
You call it freedom, I call it anarchy."

This hijab,
This mark of piety,
Is an act of faith, a symbol,
For all the world to see.
A simple cloth, to protect her dignity.
So lift the veil from your heart to see the heart of purity.
Lift the veil from your heart and seek the heart of purity.

Animals Love Quran - Dawud Wharnsby Ali

There was a chipmunk climbing up a tree,
I stopped to look at him and he stopped to look at me.
When I said "hello", he didn't understand and he went to run away,
I recited from Qur'an and he decided to stay.
Animals love to hear Qur'an, try it out some day
They'll stop to listen carefully to every word you say.
Allah created animals, Allah created Man
And then sent a book to guide us all,
Even animals love Qur`an

Sitting at the window to ponder at the sky,
I saw a little bird as it flew by.
I recited from Qur'an and it wasn't very long
'til the bird sat near my window and it started to sing along.
Animals love to hear Qur'an, try it out some day
They'll stop to listen carefully to every word you say.
Allah made the chipmunks and the birds, Allah created Man,
And then sent a book to guide us all,
Even animals love Qur`an

Playing in the yard on a warm, sunny day
A shy little kitten watched me play.
I bent down to pat her on the head but I think she was scared of me,
I recited from Qur'an, she smiled and brushed against my knee
Animals love to hear Qur'an, try it out some day
They'll stop to listen carefully to every word you say.
Allah made the chipmunks, birds and cats, Allah created Man
And then sent a book to guide us all,
Even animals love Qur`an

Animals love to hear Qur'an, try it out some day
They'll stop to listen carefully to every word you say.
Allah created animals, Allah is Ar-Rahman
and sent a book to guide us all
Even animals love Qur`an.
Allah made horses and dogs and bats and camels and gnats,
and pigs and cows and spiders and chickens and elephants and crocodiles,
and dolphins and monkeys and beaver and sheep and lions and zebras and whales and
emu and...
Hey! Hey! What's an emu?
I don't know!!
...But even animals love Qur'an!

Why Pig Fat is not mentioned but insted E-code(s) are printed??

Assalamu Alikum my dear readers, this is another email I've received from another my good friend. At the end of the mail I was asked to forward it to as many Muslims as possible. So I decided to forward it and as well as publish it in my blog. Hope some Muslim brother or sisters or a vegetarian reader would benefit from this.

This article was written by Dr. M. Amjad Khan

In nearly all the western countries including Europe, the PRIMARY
choice for meat is PIG. There are a lot of farms in these countries to A
breed this animal. In France alone, Pig Farms account for more than
42,000.

PIGS have the highest quantity of FAT in their body than any other
animal. But Europeans and Americans try to avoid fats.

Thus, where does the FAT from these PIGS go? All pigs are cut
inslaughter houses under the control of the department of food and it
was the headache of the department of food to dispose of the fat
removed from these pigs..

Formally, it was burnt (about 60 years ago). Then they thought of
utilizing it. First, they experimented it in the making of SOAPS and
it worked.

Then, a full network was formed and this FAT was chemically Processed,
Packed and Marketed, while the other manufacturing companies bought
it. In the meantime, all European States made it a rule that every
Food, Medical and Personal Hygiene product should have the ingredients
listed on its cover. so, this ingredient was listed as PIG FAT.

Those who are living in Europe for the past 40 years know about this.
But, these products came under a ban by the ISLAMIC COUNTRIES at that
time, which resulted in a trade deficit.

Going back in time, if you are somehow related to South East Asia , you
might know about the provoking factors of the 1857 CIVIL WAR. At that
time, Rifle Bullets were made in Europe and transported to the
sub-continent through the Sea.It took months to reach there and the
gun powder in it was ruined due to the exposure to sea.

Then, they got the idea of coating the Bullets with fat, which was PIG
FAT. The fat layer had to be scratched by teeth before using them.
When the word spread, the soldiers, mostly Muslim and some
Vegetarians, refused to fight.Which eventually lead to the Civil War.
The Europeans recognized these facts, and instead of writing PIG FAT,
they started writing ANIMAL FAT.All those living in Europe since
1970's know this fact. When the companies were asked by authorities
from the MUSLIM COUNTRIES, what animal fat is it, they were told it
was COW and SHEEP Fat. Here again a question raised, if it was COW or
SHEEP Fat, still it is HARAAM to MUSLIMS, as these animal were not
SLAUGHTERED as per the ISLAMIC LAW. Thus, they were again banned.
Now, these multinational companies were again facing a severe drought
of money as 75% of their income comes from selling their goods to
Muslim Countries, and these earn BILLIONS OF DOLLARS of Profit from
their exports to the MUSLIM WORLD.

Finally they decided to start a coding language, so that only their
Departments of Food Administration should know what they are using,
and the common man is left lurking in the dark. Thus, they started
E-CODES. These

E- INGREDIENTS are present in a majority of products of
multinational firms including, but not limited to
-

TOOTH PASTE,
SHAVING CREAM
CHEWING GUM,
CHOCOLATE,
SWEETS,
BISCUITS,
CORN FLAKES, TOFFEES,
CANNED FOODS,
FRUIT TINS,

Some medication Multi-vitamins Since these goods are being used in all
MUSLIM Countries indiscrimately, our society is facing problems like
shamelessness, rudeness and sexual promiscuity.

So, I request all MUSLIMS or non pork eaters to check the ingredients
of the ITEMS of daily use and match it with the following list of
E-CODES.

If any of the ingredients listed below is found, try to avoid
it, as it has got PIG FAT

The Crazy Spots I've Prayed - Dawud wharnsby Ali

Lyrics of Crazy Spots I've Prayed..

All the earth is a place of prostration,
Every field and meadow, mountain, park, city, farm plantation.
Every roadside, seaside, hillside, walkway,
Any place clean and green can be a place to pray
When I think of every path, where I've ever trot,
I laugh at all the crazy spots I stopped to worship God.
Remember that long car ride?
Driving all night so far,
Under the summer moon we pulled off to the side,
Reclining in the front seat of the car.

Waking to a fajr bird sound,
And washing in the coin car wash we found.
With the water blaster making wudhu,
You sprayed me and I sprayed you.

We stood so drowsy in the dawn,
Behind the car wash dripping on the lawn.

Saturday shopping day, in a busy mall and bustling through the aisles,
Where everyone's getting in my way.
Each blank zombie we shop and face forty smiles.

Time comes for prayer attack,
Grab a pair of pants or a sweater from the rack.
Find a changing room and latch the door,
Set aside excuses and hit the floor.

As I go back to the mall,
It's easier then to make sense of it all.

And our socks froze to the blanket,
That we spread over the snow,
Your call to prayer bounced off the trees and across the icy meadow.
Crisp and clean cold air, our hearts were so aware,
Our bodies felt the frozen freedom what a very cool place for prayer!

There was a time next to the river;
There was a time in the school hall.
There was that stairwell in that building,
There was that forest in the fall.
The movie house corridor,
The airplane kitchen in the sky.
So many places I'm sure there'll be more
Pieces of earth to testify.

Afraid To Read - Dawud Wharnsby

Lyrics of Afraid To Read..

How many words she's read before, she's consumed two thousand books or more.
Musty pulp and glue soundproof her tiny room.
She cannot understand why this book in her hand
fascinates her now so much that she's almost shy to touch.
"Don't think about the words it's just a book - paper and ink"
She reaffirms, remind herself, "a book can't dictate what to think."
It invites, intrigues her more than others on her shelf
"Is it just another book?" - she sits questioning herself.

Oh Allah, she's so afraid to read,
the wisdom that's revealed may burrow in her mind
She'll be obliged to admit,
She'll be obliged to submit
But will she be strong enough to live the truth she finds?
Oh Allah, she's so afraid to read.

The hall light is always on every night that he is gone.
He hears his mother toss in bed when he slips in at dawn.
In the book case by the stair, he can see it sitting there
like a waiting watchful wise-man scolding him with care.
In the morning will they fight about him being out all night?
Will he resent their gift of love and not admit that they are right?
All he wants is to fit in some place, but must he compromise his faith?
He can't look himself or his parents in the face.
He takes the book upstairs unread and sets it closed next to his head
then counts the prayers he's missed and lays so hopelessly in bed.

Oh Allah, he's so afraid to read,
the wisdom that's revealed may burrow in his mind
He'll be obliged to admit,
He'll be obliged to submit
But will he be strong enough to live the truth he finds?
Oh Allah, he's so afraid to read.

I sent an email to my loved one, just the other day
It's sad communication has evolved this way.
We use so many words but have so little to relay
as angels scribble down every letter that we say.
All the viral attachments sent and passionate insults we vent
It's easy to be arrogant behind user passwords we invent.
But on the day the scrolls are laid, with every word and deed displayed,
when we read our accounts, I know, for one, I'll be afraid.

That day I'll be so afraid to read,
every harsh word that I've spoken - and every time I have lied.
I'll be obliged to admit,
I'll be obliged to submit
Will I have strength owning up to each deed I've tried to hide?
Oh Allah, I'm so afraid to read.

Give A Little - Dawud Wharnsby

Give a little lyrics..

Give a little of yourself.
Cure your greed, purify your wealth.
Look around at where you live,
look at all the good you have to give.
Give a little of yourself.

There is a hand somewhere to hold, a mouth to feed.
There's so much that we can do for so many who are in need.
Give our time, give our wealth,
give our love, give ourselves
knowing Allah sees each and every hidden deed.

Give a little of yourself.
Cure your greed, purify your wealth.
Look around at where you live,
look at all the good you have to give.
Give a little of yourself.

Take a look at all the people everywhere
who give with open hands and hearts that do what's fair.
Can you see the blessings fall
on believers one and all
who take the time to give, and know it's right to care?

Give a little of yourself.
Cure your greed, purify your wealth.
Look around at where you live,
look at all the good you have to give
Give a little of yourself.

Give a little of yourself.
Cure your greed, purify your wealth.
Look around at where you live,
look at all the good you have to give
Give a little of yourself.

Eight Things for a Beautiful Life!

This is actually not a work of mine. I got this via an email. It has good lessons to take in to our life. I thought to put it in my blog so that I hope the whole world would benefit from this story.

One time a scholar asked one of his students, "You have spent a long time with me, what have you learned?"

He said I learned eight things:

·                     First, I looked to the creation. Everyone has a loved one. When he goes to the grave, he leaves his loved one.

Therefore, I made my loved one my good deeds; that way, they will be with me in the grave.

·                    Second, I looked to the verse,
"But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust,"
therefore, I struggled against my desires so I could stay obeying Allah.

·                     Third, I saw that if anyone has something with him that is worth something, he will protect it. Then I thought about the verse,

” That which you have is wasted away; and that which is with Allah remains,"

therefore, everything worth something with me I devoted to Him so it would be with Him for me.

Fourth, I saw the people seeking wealth, honor and positions and it was not worth anything to me. Then I thought about Allah's words,
"Lo, the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most aware of Allah,

so I did my best to become aware of Allah in order to gain nobility in his sight.

·                     Fifth, I saw the people being jealous towards each other and I looked at the verse,

"We have apportioned among them their livelihood in the life of the world",
so I left jealousy.

·                     Sixth, I saw the people having enmity and I thought about the verse,

"Lo, the devil is an enemy for you, so take him as an enemy",

so I left enmity and I took the Satan as my only enemy.

·                     Seventh, I saw them debasing themselves in search of sustenance and I thought about the verse,

"And there is not a beast in the earth but the sustenance thereof depends on Allah",

so I kept myself busy with my responsibilities toward Him and I left my property with Him.

·                     Eighth, I found them relying on their business, buildings and health and I thought about the verse,

"And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, He will suffice him",

therefore, I put my trust only on Allah.

Allah Almighty - Ahmed Bukhatir

Lyrics

Who created the sun?
He's Allah almighty...
Who created the moon?
He's Allah almighty...
Who runs the rivers and lakes?
He's Allah almighty...
Who runs the clouds full of rain?
He's Allah almighty...

Who forgives us when we commit many sins?
Allah almighty!
Who looks down on us? Tell me who he is?
Allah almighty!

And when you meet Allah...
You should be so proud...
And then you'd shout it to him out loud!!!

You are my God!
You are my God!
Subhana Allah... wa be Hamd Ellah
Worthy of all praise...
You are my God,
La ilaha illa Allah...

Who sparkles stars in the sky?
He's Allah almighty...
Who taught the birds how to fly?
He's Allah almighty...

Who taught us to pray five times
He's Allah almighty...
And helped us to do good not crimes
He's Allah almighty...
Allah almighty...
And gifted us Islam
Cause there's no other way
Allah almighty...
